BAE Systems and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are actively engaged in negotiations regarding settlement of contractual pricing obligations under the Government to Government Salam Typhoon agreement. Whilst good progress has been made, a definitive agreement has yet to be reached. A timely agreement in the new-year would be reflected in trading for 2013.

As previously announced in October 2013, the Group's earnings per share guidance for 2013 would be impacted by approximately 6 to 7 pence as a result of these discussions not being concluded in the near term.

اسطول التورنيدو في 2013 تحصل على 3 عقود رئيسية

العقد الأول في شهر 2 بقيمة 3,4 مليار جنيه استرليني
وأهم محتوياته عقود دعم لغاية 2016 مشتملة خدمات لوجيستية وتدريب زائد حزمة تسليح من ضمنها الستورم شادو
وبعض التفاصيل خرجت في التقرير المالي للشركة

“Under the Saudi British Defence Co-operation Programme (SBDCP), orders totalling £3.4bn were awarded for support through to 2016, including the provision of manpower, logistics and training to the RSAF…. Under the TSP, the upgrade of the RSAF Tornado fleet is complete, with all of the contracted aircraft having been delivered back into the RSAF fleet. Delivery of Storm Shadow missiles to the RSAF under the TSP is progressing in line with the agreed programme schedule. “

A follow-on £0.6bn weapons contract was awarded in March, with deliveries expected to commence in 2014.”

Discussions continue with the customer on the next five years of support. Discussions on Typhoon price escalation with the Saudi Arabian government remain ongoing. Negotiations are also ongoing for the provision of maintenance and upgrade facilities in-Kingdom, and further capability enhancement of the aircraft.”

BAE Systems and the UK Government have been in discussions with the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) regarding a range of defence and security capabilities including the potential supply of Typhoon aircraft. The UAE have advised that they have elected not to proceed with these proposals at this time.

All parties have invested significant effort in drawing up Typhoon proposals for the UAE and, recognising the risk, scale and complexity of such a transaction, the Group had not built this prospect into its planning assumptions. BAE Systems stands ready to work with the UAE to address any future requirements.

مع هذه الصفقات السعوديه تمتلك عدد كبير من الستورم شادو كما تم التعاقد عل الجاسم أتمنا ان يتم التعاقد على التورس كبد الألماني والذي اعتقد ان هناك مفاوضات على شراءه وبذلك يكون لدينا تشكيله من أفضل صواريخ الكروز
