The two countries expressed desire to intensify operational cooperation regarding the capabilities,
particularly in the field of marine. Within this framework, France expressed its willingness to support the Saudi Navy
Forces Project with capabilities of speedboats in order to enhance their marine capabilities and to provide
the capabilities of Royal Saudi Air Force with transport aircraft and refueling aircraft ‘MRTT’.
The two countries agreed to continue their fruitful
cooperation in the field of air defense and development of new capabilities in the field of satellites
وأعرب البلدان عن رغبتهما في تكثيف تعاونهما العملياتي والخاص بالقدرات وبخاصة في مجال البحرية. وفي هذا الإطار،
أبدت فرنسا استعدادها لدعم مشروع القوّات البحرية السعودية بقدرات زوارق سريعة من أجل تعزيز قدراتها البحرية،
والعمل على تزويد قدرات القوّات الجوّية الملكية السعودية بطائرات النقل والتزود بالوقود من طراز MRTT.
واتفق البلدان على مواصلة تعاونهما المثمر في مجال الدفاع الجوّي وتطوير قدرات جديدة في مجال الأقمار الصناعية
