طبعا اي دولة اخذت حصه من هذا المصع

العيب في الجزء الخلفي للتايفون
وهو الجزء الذي تختص بصناعته المانيا لجميع الدول
حيث انه كل دولة في برنامج التايفون تختص بصناعة اجزاء محددة ليتم تجميعها لاحقا

والنازيين يصنفون الفرس معهم بنفس العرق وهو العرق الآري
والذي يعتقدون انه هو العرق الأفضل والذي يجب ان يتسيد الكون وباقي الأعراق تكون عبيد له

وهو الجزء الذي تختص بصناعته المانيا لجميع الدول

يعني مشكلة عندهم في التجميع
وليس في القطغة
لو كانت المشكلة في القطغة لذكروا لذلك
ولتم ايقاف طائرات التايفون في جميع الدول
مثلما حصل في مشكلة الكرسي سابقا

Germany has suspended Eurofighter delivers after it was "established, in the context of quality controls that a manufacturing defect has caused a large number of small holes in the rear fuselage of aircraft".


The reasons for this are inadequate finishing by the manufacturer BAE Systems, according to a statement issued by the German Ministry of Defense.

Since the impact of these problems on the life of the airframe cannot be predicted, a reduction of flight hours recommended by industry was introduced as an additional safety measure.
With immediate effect, the service life of the Eurofighter aircraft has been halved, from 3,000 flight hours to 1,500 flight hours.
The manufacturing defect described has, according to industry, no impact on the current flight safety and operational capability of the Eurofighter weapon system. Training and deployment operations continue to be assured, the statement added.
To avoid any disadvantages and to protect the rights of the Ministry of Defense as a result of this under-performance, acceptance of further aircraft was suspended pending resolution of the commercial aspects of this issue.

القضية شائكة
واتوقع ان هنالك مشاكل بين BAE Systems والمانيا
وهذه المشكلة هي مجرد صراع بين الطرفين

حسب التقارير الي صدرت اليوم العيب التصنيعي في الجزء الخلفي لبدن الطائرة في ثقوب الربط
اول من اكتشف هذا الخلل هي بريطانيا وقامت بتقليل ساعات طيران اسطول التايفون السنوي حتى لا تجهد طائراتها ال100
المانيا كانت تحقق بالموضوع منذ شهر اغسطس الماضي والان قررت ان تخفض ساعات الطيران السنوية لاسطول التايفون الى النصف من 3000 ساعاة طيران سنوياً (لجميع الطائرات البالغ 109) الى 1500 ساعة للاسطول كاملاً
النمسا ايضاً قررت تخفيض ساعات الطيران السنوية للاسطول كاملاً (15 طائرة) الى الثلث من 6000 ساعة الى 2000 ساعة سنوياً ()وهذا سوف يمنح التايفون النمساوية مدة 15 سنة قبل ان يؤثر هذا العيب على الطائرات والذي سيكون عدم استقرار في الطائرة ولازال التحقيق جاري لمعرفة آثارها اكثر

Manufacturing Fault Suspends Typhoon Deliveries to Germany, Italy, Spain


Eurofighter Typhoon deliveries to Germany, Italy and Spain have been halted while the fighter company and the governments discuss commercial issues related to the discovery of a manufacturing fault on the rear fuselage of the aircraft, program sources said. Britain, the fourth nation of the pan-European fighter program, is continuing to accept aircraft and a Ministry of Defence spokesman said operation of the combat jet is unaffected by the problem.

A letter sent to the German Parliament’s Budget Committee by the Defense Ministry said the suspension of deliveries to the Air Force had been ordered “to avoid any disadvantages and to uphold legal claims,” Bloomberg News reported.

Deliveries to Spain are on hold pending the outcome of detailed negotiations relating to commercial factors. These are expected to be resolved in the near future allowing deliveries to recommence, a Eurofighter spokesman said.

Deliveries of Typhoons to the British and Saudi air forces are unaffected by the manufacturing issue, according to a BAE Systems spokesman.

“We continue to deliver aircraft in accordance with contractual requirements and in line with the schedule required by the Royal Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Force,” the spokesman said.

The British fast jet builder last week handed over two of the latest Tranche 3 standard aircraft to the Royal Air Force. The RAF now has 124 of the 160 Eurofighters it has on order, according to figures provided by Eurofighter.
Some 418 of the 571 aircraft ordered by the European partner nations and export customers Saudi Arabia, Austria and Oman have been delivered. All aircraft delivered to date have the same problem, said the German MoD letter.

The British MoD spokesman described it as a “temporary manufacturing issue” and said it “has had no impact on the RAF’s allotted flying hours and the Typhoon fleet is continuing normal operations.”

The fault is related to burring that was not treated correctly around drill holes in the rear part of the fuselage for which BAE is responsible. The problem was discovered earlier this year as part of a quality improvement program involving major components manufacturing, said a Eurofighter spokesman.

A number of drilled bolt holes in the rear fuselage were identified as not having been de-burred as part of the standard manufacturing process, he said.

Alberto Gutierrez, the Eurofighter CEO, said the consortium was managing a “recently discovered quality issue concerning one of the manufacturing processes used during the assembly of the Eurofighter Typhoon rear fuselage.”

Eurofighter manages the Typhoon program on behalf of industrial partners Alenia Aermacchi, BAE and Airbus Defence and Space.
Gutierrez downplayed German media speculation that the issue could raise flight safety and military operation issues.
“We would like to make clear that this issue does not affect flight safety, neither does it impact ongoing fleet flying or limit fleet operations,” he said.

Eurofighter has temporarily halved the approved fatigue life of the aircraft to 1,500 hours but the company spokesman said “no aircraft are expected to reach the fatigue-life limitation figure before the issue is resolved.”

It is expected to be mid-2015 before the first results are available from a series of tests to prove whether all requirements have been met.
“At this time a technical procedure has been triggered in Germany. We are waiting for NETMA [the agency running the program on behalf of the four nations] to investigate whether it affects the whole flight line or just some Eurofighters,” said an Italian Air Force source.
“There are parts which are produced for the whole flight line and others which are produced for certain countries. Right now there are no restrictions on flights by Italian Eurofighters,” said the source.
“The aircraft are flying in conditions of safety,” said a spokesman for the Italian procurement office. “We are not concerned and we await conclusions. But if there are reductions in flying hours they will be small. The Eurofighter companies will prepare a solution,” he added. ■
