Amman, Jordan – As part of our support to the military in the region, BAE Systems is pleased to be attending SOFEX 2016, the XIth Special Operations Forces Exhibition being held in Amman from the 10th-12th May 2016.
Demonstrating our capabilities across our land, air and electronic systems businesses, we are focusing on key products and technologies that we believe will be of most interest to the special operation forces and militaries from Jordan and the region who are attending the show. The products include:
Land: M777 - the combat proven 155mm lightweight towed howitzer
Air: Eurofighter Typhoon - the multi-role/swing-role combat aircraft Hawk - advanced jet trainer
Electronic Systems: ATIRCM - Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures CMWS - Common Missile Warning System
APKWSTM - Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System laser- guided rocket

The Special Operations Forces Exhibition & Conference (SOFEX) 2016, which is held at the King Abdullah I Airbase in Amman from 10-12 May, showcases the world's largest fully-integrated and innovative Special Operations Forces, homeland security and peacekeeping forces equipment and solutions from around the world. BAE Systems will be located at Stand B606, in the U.S. Pavilion.
